Through transformating the original production line heat control system,accuracy of the control temperation of heat furnace was raised,the equipment failure rates was reduced,rework and scrap products was reduced,so product quality was raised,energy consumption was reduced,at the same time,automation degree of the equipment was also raised.
通过对原有生产线加热控制系统的改造,提高了加热炉的控温精度,降低了设备的故障率,减少了返修品及废品,从而提高了产品质量,降低了产品的能耗,同时也提高了设备的自动化程度。
