From the viewpoint of non-equilibrium thermodynamic theory, considering the generalized thermodynamic driving force X which is (-u/T) as the driving potential of mass transfer, the nonequilibrium thermodynamic theory of the external heat and mass transfer during convective drying process in porous media was established and the numerical calculation was performed.
