The electrolytic reduction of uranyl nitrate with ruthenized titanium net anode and titanium plate cathode has been studied.
研究了在UO2(NO3)2-HNO3-N2H5NO3体系中,以镀钌钛网为阳极,钛板为阴极电解还原制备铀(Ⅳ)的方法;探讨了电流密度,肼浓度,铀浓度,硝酸浓度以及隔膜等对铀(Ⅵ)电解还原的影响,确定了电解还原制备铀(Ⅳ)最佳的工艺条件;在隔膜电解时,U(Ⅵ)的还原率可达100%,而无隔膜电解还原时,U(Ⅵ)的还原率为62%。
