Morphologies of passivated hot galvanizing plate before and after neutral salt spray corrosion test in various times were analyzed by optical microscopy and SEM/EDS,and the effects of surface morphologies,micro-zone components and spangle appearance on its corrosion resistance were studied.
采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜(SEM/EDS)对热镀锌钝化板锌花形貌及不同时间中性盐雾试验后热镀锌钝化板锌花的腐蚀形貌进行了分析,研究了热镀锌钝化板表面形态、微区成分及锌花形貌对其耐蚀性的影响。
In this paper,current research status of spangle is reviewed,including appearance of spangle,the correlation between the shape of spangle and the crystallographic orientation and the effect of alloying ad- ditions as well as the influence of the spangle on the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the coating.

6H2O和NaOH为原料,采用溶剂热合成技术制备了菜花状氧化锌纳米粉体,采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和X-射线光电子能谱仪等对产物的物相、微观形貌和表面元素状态进行了表征,结果表明产物属于六方晶系的ZnO,呈规则的菜花状,分散性好,粒径90~100 nm,粉体表面存在大量的吸附氧。
