The simulation results show that the powder density,the logarithmic strain ratio(LSR ) and their distribution uniformity decrease with the increase of the friction coefficient.
模拟结果表明:随着摩擦系数的增大,超导芯的粉体密度和对数应变比(LSR)均降低,且分布均匀性减弱;随着压下率的增加,超导带材的横向应变和纵向应变均增大,超导芯内的粉体密度和LSR值随之增加;同时,大辊径轧制有利于提高超导芯内粉体材料的密实度,并使得LSR值逐渐减少,但前后张力对超导芯变形的影响较小。
