In order to solve the abrasion of concrete pumping system under the condition of multiphase fluid which is highly nonlinear and non-continuous,an analytical method named the quasi-non-continuous flow numerical simulation was put forward,in which the incompressible ideal gas,calcium sulfate and calcium sulfide are used to simulate the multiphase flow in concrete pumping pipe.
为了解决混凝土泵送系统中弯管极易磨损破坏的问题,针对混凝土泵送弯管内的非连续多相流体解析的强非线性和非连续性特征,提出拟非连续流数值模拟的解析方法,即对组成物质采用物理性质相近的不可压缩理想气体、calcium-sulfate和calcium-sulfide分别模拟混凝土中多相流体,各相拥有各自的动量方程和连续方程求解,相间通过压力相、体积分数和液面交换系数实现耦合。
