With an analysis of the roll shaping helical bolts, the paper proposes the reasonable deforming procedures as the bolts being under roll shaping, known as the press in semi infinite body through flat anviling.
通过对螺旋钉滚压成形的分析，提出螺旋钉的合理变形过程一平砧压入半无限体，建立了相应的工艺参数计算公式；经实验应用验证，计算简便，准确合理；为提高产品的产量和质量提供了理论依据。
