A dual-serial-port single-chip with dual serial port is used as the main control chip on front terminal to collect the signals of elevator status,fault and field equipments, meanwhile communicates with the single-chip MODEM on front terminal in serial mode.
采用双串口单片机作为电梯远程监控系统前端机的主控芯片,对电梯运行状态信号、故障信号和现场接入设备状态信号进行采集,同时与集成在前端机上的单片式MODEM进行串行通讯,并通过公共电话网与服务器连接,实现电梯故障远程报警、运行状态信息记录和服务器主动呼叫查询等功能。
In order to avoid disturbance when communicates with controller and MODEM,a single-chip with dual serial port is used as main control chip on front terminal to collect the signals of elevator status,fault and field equipments,meanwhile communicates with the MODEM on front terminal in serial mode.
为避免主控芯片与电梯控制器和MODEM同时进行通讯造成相互干扰,采用双串口单片机作为前端机的主控芯片,采集电梯运行的状态、故障和现场设备状态等信号,同时与集成在前端机上的MODEM进行串行通讯,通过公共电话网与服务器连接,实现电梯故障远程报警、运行状态信息记录和服务器主动呼叫查询等功能;模拟运行结果表明,该系统能实时有效地对电梯进行远程监控;采用双串口单片机,不仅解决了通讯干扰的问题,也大幅度地节省了开发费用与装配空间。
For the system characteristics, a sort of anti–jamming technology is used to ensure the front terminal data acquisition system (Front Terminal) reliability under conditional of considering the system components, hardware, software and software programming, and many other factors.
