In order to study the moving characteristic on placement control of hydraulic pressure servo system,an electric simulator of the plant system is designed based on mathematic model and the experiment study of the half physics simulation has be done focusing on the control of hydraulic pressure servo system by digital controller of DSP.
为了研究位控液压伺服系统的运动特性,笔者在系统数学模型的基础上设计了研究对象的电模拟仿真器,并使用DSP作为数字控制器对位控液压系统的控制进行半物理仿真实验研究。

During the production expansion in capacity of PP production line, with the gradual increasing of dealing capacity the steam braising tank’s level control system cannot run steadily seriously affecting safe production.
为解决聚丙烯装置气蒸罐处理量增大带来的料位控制系统无法稳定运行的问题,对此料位控制系统进行了2次技术改造:更换了预紧力较大的预紧弹簧;在料位监控回路中加装了延时抗干扰继电器回路,延时时间根据气蒸罐处理量的变化调整范围为5~90s。
