To solve the first stage piston ruptured frequently in 6M50 Nitrogen-hydrogen compressor,by means of setting up a 3-dimentional model and using Finite-Element Method to analyze the piston’s stress and distortion.
针对6M50氮氢气压缩机一级活塞频繁破裂,采用三维实体建模和有限单元法对其进行了应力和变形分析,为此类活塞的改造提供理论依据。
By means of FEM (Finite-Element Method),this paper set up a 3-dimentional model under the practical operation condition for 6M32A Nitrogen-hydrogen compressor s crankshaft.
采用有限元法,对6M32A氮氢气压缩机曲轴进行了实际运行工况下的三维建模,研究了整个曲轴的应力和变形状态,校核了曲轴在交变载荷下的静强度和疲劳强度,为压缩机曲轴的改进设计提供了有价值的理论依据。
