Effect of the front angle of thread turning tool on the thread form angle is studied when manufacturing the thread.
研究了刃磨前角的刀具在加工螺纹时对牙型角的影响,以及采用修正前面内刀尖角的方法进行补偿,保证牙型角的精确性,在加工韧性材料时不产生振刀现象。
Based on the thread measuring principle with three-pins method,the relationships among main internal thread parameters were investigated,and a measuring device for internal thread parameters such as intermediate diameter,thread form angle and pitch was designed,it is suitable for general thread,trapezoid thread and serrated thread.
基于"三针法"螺纹测量原理,研究了内螺纹主要参数之间的相互关系,设计了可测量普通螺纹、梯形螺纹、锯齿形螺纹等内螺纹的中径、牙型角和螺距的测量装置。
This paper analyzes on the common faults of the screw processing with the lathe, such as the incorrect thread angle, the incorrect pitch, the large value of surface roughness, the disorderly thread and the incorrect pitch diameter, and in the light of these faults, advances some corresponding solving methods.
分析了车削螺纹时常见的故障,如牙型角不正确、螺距(或导程)不正确、表面粗糙度值大、乱牙、中径不正确等,针对故障产生的原因提出了相应的解决方法。
