In this paper,A 4-axis linkage motion control system for low speed wire electrical-discharge machining(LSWEDM) machine tool based on motion control chip MCX314As and MCU AT89C52 was proposed and a hardware interpolation method by using MCX314As for tape cutting with 4-axis linkage in LSWEDM machine tool was introduced.
以低速走丝线切割机为研究对象,提出了硬件插补的4轴联动控制方案,设计了基于单片机和运动控制芯片MCX314As为核心的运动控制系统的硬件体系结构。
