According to AAR Manual,calculations are made respectively for the lateral forces applied on vehicles due to deviation of the coupler while the drawing point is in different positions(on the bogie and on the carbody) of the new type speed increased 90 t depressed center flat car,so that basis is provided for determination of the overall scheme.
