Main characteristics of diaphragm spring clutch are systematically analyzed in this dissertation, including loading behavior of diaphragm spring, connecting and torque-transferring behavior of clutch.
本文系统地分析了膜片弹簧离合器的各种特性,包括膜片弹簧的弹性特性、离合器的接合特性和离合器转矩的传递特性等;对换挡过程的各个阶段分别做了数学描述,同时建立了同步器和执行机构的动力学模型;介绍了美国CEMA(输送机制造商协会)输送带张力和功率计算方法来求取驱动输送机传动滚筒所需有效张力和输送机所需基本功率,最后简要介绍了三相异步电动机的转矩公式和其固有机械特性。
