By analyzing and deducing the factors influencing its structure,strength and heat transfer limits,this paper was to establish the heat transfer models of circular micro heat pipe with a rectangle-grooved wick structure,including the models of viscous limit,sonic limit,entrainment limit,capillary limit,condensing limit,boiling limit,continuous flow limit and frozen startup limit.
通过对矩形沟槽式圆形微热管的结构、强度和传热极限的各种影响因素进行分析和推导,分别建立了矩形沟槽式圆形微热管的黏性极限、声速极限、携带极限、毛细极限、冷凝极限、沸腾极限、连续流动极限和冷冻启动极限的模型,并通过实验验证了所建立的传热模型的正确性。
