We investigated the effect of phenylarsine oxide (PAO), one of sulfhydryl group (-SH) oxidizing agents, on the L-type calcium channel currents (1^ L) in isolated ventricular myocytes by using the whole-cell voltage clamp technique.
本文采用全细胞膜片钳技术,主要研究了巯基氧化剂氧化苯胂(PAO)和细胞外渗透压对大鼠心室肌L型Ca~(2+)电流的影响。
