To campare the FJ 2115 liquid scintillation counter with the luminometer in the determination of SOD activity, we detected the activity of SOD with FJ 2115 liqued scintillation counter and the luminometer respectively, using the chemical luminous agents.
为了比较ＦＪ－２１１５型液体闪烁计数器（液闪仪）和化学发光仪在ＳＯＤ活性检测方面的异同，分别用液闪仪和化学发光仪检测了ＳＯＤ活性。
