研究背景:动物实验研究表明,局灶性脑梗死,可以引起远离原发灶的中枢神经系统(center never system, CNS)神经纤维髓鞘脱失、轴突变性和神经元细胞丢失等的继发性损害;计算机体层扫描(computed tomography, CT)和常规磁共振(conventional magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)研究显示,幕上脑梗死后,中脑、桥脑和延髓,甚至是脊髓,远离梗死灶的CNS多个部位神经纤维出现继发性损害;除脑梗死外,其他原发局灶性脑损害如脑出血、脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑手术后、多发性硬化等,同样可以引起神经纤维继发性损害;尸体解剖病理学也证实了继发性损害的存在。
Objective : To investigate the characteristic changes of diffusion and secondary degeneration of substantial nigra and caudate nucleus after Striatum infarct and its potential significance for the recovery of neurological functions with diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)prospectively.
