Objective To explore the value of E-Tracking technology in evaluating the vascular endothelial function of carotid artery in metabolic syndrome patients.
方法:对60例代谢综合征(MS)患者和60例正常人采用E-Tracking技术实时跟踪描记颈总动脉管壁运动轨迹,得出颈总动脉的收缩期内径(Ds)、舒张期内径(Dd)、弹性系数(Eρ)、硬化值(β)和其顺应性(AC),并将代谢综合征组各项指标与对照组比较。
