The experiment results show that the effect of SC modifier is excellent and ultra-low carbon ductile iron with round sphere, a small number of uniformly distributed small graphite spherule and matrix structure without carbide can be got after modifying treatment by using SC modifier.
试验结果表明,SC变质剂变质效果最好,能够在铸态得到圆整度好、数量少、分布均匀的细小石墨球,并且基体组织中不存在碳化物。
