结果表明:比久、矮壮素均有明显抑制苹果组培苗生长的作用,且茎尖存活率高,试管苗生长状况较好,转入常规继代培养基当代即可恢复生长,可用于苹果种质资源的离体保存,比久适宜的浓度为80mg/L,矮壮素为75mg/L左右;多效唑处理虽能明显抑制苹果试管苗生长,但易使有些品种试管苗玻璃化,可选择性应用;脱落酸作用过于剧烈,绝大部分处理苗死亡,不宜在苹果种质保存中使用。
