采用不连续垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,选取与隆线生长发育密切相关的5种同工酶:乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(M DH)、酯酶(EST)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)和细胞色素氧化酶(CO),比较分析了隆线溞在不种生殖状态下(孤雌溞、两性雌溞及雄溞)5种同工酶的表达差异。
