[Methods] Wistar rats were randomized into six groups: normal control group, virus inoculation group intranasally one times, virus inoculation group intranasally two times, virus inoculation with ovalbulin sensitized group intraperitoneally, virus inoculation with ovalbulin sensitized group intranasally, and only ovalbulin sensitized group.
