试验以国外匍匐剪股颖品种Kromi为对照,采用形态学比较、POD等位酶变异分析及ISSR分子标记技术,对来自贵州18个野生匍匐剪股颖居群的18份材料进行遗传多样性研究,在贵州野生匍匐剪股颖遗传变异水平及不同空间尺度的变化、贵州野生匍匐剪股颖材料间的亲缘关系等方面做了探讨和分析;同时,试验选取越夏表现较好的五份野生匍匐剪股颖材料,以越夏能力突出的品种Putter为对照,对其在夏季高温干旱逆境下的生理动态进行了研究。

采用不同浓度植物生长延缓剂多效唑和烯效唑对匐茎剪股颖(A gros is sto lon ifera)草坪草进行喷施处理,两种生长延缓剂均能有效的降低匐茎剪股颖在春秋两个生长高峰期的生长高度,多效唑处理以100m g/m2以下的浓度较为适宜,烯效唑以60m g/m2浓度较为适宜,两种处理均可以增加草坪地下部分的生长量,提高根冠比。
