This paper deals with the determination of the content of insecticidal antibiotics-Meilingmycin by means of TLc-UV Spectrophotometry.
提出用薄层———紫外分光光度法测定杀虫抗生素———梅岭霉素的含量 ,该法以正己烷———丙酮(v/v 7∶3)作展开剂 ,在HF2 54 硅胶板上点样展层后 ,刮取有效斑点 ,用甲醇溶出 ,置紫外 2 44nm处测定吸光度 ,与标准曲线对照求出其含量 ,工作曲线在 10~ 6 0 μg范围内成直线 ,相关系数r =0 。
