本研究以鳞翅目甜菜夜蛾幼虫、鞘翅目黄粉甲幼虫和蜚蠊目中华真地鳖三种昆虫为研究材料,对抗菌物质的诱导、抑菌活性、稳定性、抑菌机理等方面进行了研究,结果如下: 1 采用针刺蘸大肠杆菌法、针刺蘸高效氯氰菊酯法、紫外光照射法和饥饿法,从甜菜夜蛾幼虫、黄粉甲幼虫和中华真地鳖三种昆虫体内均诱导出抗菌物质。
