Througout reviewing lots of literatures,Leaf analysis has shortcoming in two sides:one hand is that the sampling time is lag;the other hand is that Fe-chlorotic leaves may have considerable concentrations of total Fe per dry matter(the "Fe-chlorosis paradox"),sometimes higher than green leaves.
