After 3 kinds of agricultural by-products, brewery distillers grains (BDG), maize offal (MO) and wheat offal (WO), as samples were fermented by using aspergillus niger, aspergillus flavus and blue mold in solid state.
选用啤酒糟(BDG),玉米残渣(MO)和小麦碎屑(WO)3种农业副产品作为样品,分别使用黑曲霉,黄曲霉及青霉进行固态发酵之后,其中的蛋白质、糖以及纤维素的含量都将发生改变。
