This paper expatiated the superiority of bioleaching compared with traditional leaching technics, and in-troduced the application of this kind of research, based on summarizing research work in recent years on mecha-nism of bioleaching of refractory gold ore bearing arsenic and the influence coming ftom some kinds of ions.
