The influences of the different processing apparatus (extruder, injection machine and the extruder on the HAAKE rheometer) and the die geometry (slit die, sheet die and rod die) on the fibrillation of several generalpurpose plastics (GEP)/polyolefins (PO) blends, mainly polyethylene terephthalate (PET)/polyethylene (PE) blend, through extrusionhot stretchingquenching method were described.
