Effect of the anti-recovery agents Perkalink900 and AK-73 on the anti-reversion,the physical-mechanical and heat build-up properties of pure natural rubber compound were investigated.
研究了抗硫化返原剂Perkalink900(简称PK900)、AK-73对纯天然橡胶复合体系的抗硫化返原性能、物理机械性能及生热性能的影响,结果表明:无论是在普通硫化体系还是在半有效硫化体系中,加入一定量PK900、AK-73后,胶料的抗硫化返原性能均得到提高。
In this paper,effects of conventional cure system(CV),effective cure system(EV),semi-effective cure system(SEV),equivalent cure system(EC) on the physical-mechanical properties and cure reversion resistance of cured natural rubber were studied.
研究了普通(CV)、有效(EV)、半有效(SEV)和平衡(EC)四种硫化体系对NR抗硫化返原和硫化胶物理机械性能的影响。
The results showed that by adding anti reversion agent PK900,HTS and Z500,the reversion percentage of rubber compound reduced significantly,the physical property retention of overcured vulcanizate increased,and PK900 was suitable for belt compound that had small deformation,Z500 was suitable for carcass ply compound that had large d.
结果表明,添加抗硫化返原剂PK900和HTS以及Z500,胶料硫化返原率明显降低,过硫化胶的物理性能保持率提高,其中PK900适用于变形较小的带束层胶料,Z500适用于变形较大的胎体帘布胶;采用抗硫化返原剂PK900和HTS并用替代间-甲粘合体系,胶料粘合性能保持不变,生热降低,硫化返原率较高,适用于变形较大的胎体帘布胶。
The results showed that MH,scorch time and t90 of NR compound changed a little when the addition level of the anti-reversion agent SR534 was less than 2 phr;the reversion percentage of NR compound was decreased,the anti-reversion characteristic was improved as the addition level of the anti-reversion agent SR534 increased.
结果表明,抗硫化返原剂SR534用量不超过2份时,NR胶料的MH、焦烧时间和t90变化不大;随着抗硫化返原剂SR534用量的增大,NR胶料的硫化返原率减小,抗硫化返原性能提高。

研究了活化剂StruktolA-73在天然橡胶及天然橡胶与丁苯橡胶并用胶中的应用特性,结果表明:胶料中加入StruktolA-73可改善胶料的抗硫化返原性和热稳定性;提高胶料的硫化效率;改进胶料的动态性能;降低胶料的生热和压缩永久变形;与噻唑类硫化促进体系并用,无亚硝胺污染环境的危险;对钢丝粘合性能造成的影响,在胶料老化之后即可降至最小;混炼工艺性能良好。
