The tungsten based alloy 93W-5Ni-2Cu is proposed as the distribution cone to replace the H13(4Cr5MoSiV)die steel, and the results of CAE numerical simulation show that the original casting technology and the mechanical properties of the wheel hub center plate are improved.
提出了用钨基合金(93W-5Ni-2Cu)代替H13(4Cr5MoSiV)模具钢作分流锥材料,通过CAE数值模拟与分析验证了钨基合金对原铸造工艺和轮毂中心盘的力学性能均有所改善,并通过实际生产验证大大提高了低压轮毂模具分流锥的使用寿命,同时也提高了轮毂质量和生产率。
