The application and test of aqueous alkali cooking at 480?℃ comparing with that of KMnO 4 lye cleaning at 85?℃ show that KMnO 4 lye cleaning process is more practicable,but the concentration of KMnO 4 and NaOH need to be more than 80?g/L,the temperature of the solution is higher than 80?℃,the cleaning time is from 5?min to 10?min,which is 5?min shorter than that of aqueous alkali cooking.
