The conditions for the growth of Thermobifida fusca WSH03-11 and cutinase production were investigated, and the effect of cutin from apple cuticle on enzyme production was studied.
研究了环境和营养条件等对嗜热放线菌Thermobifida fusca WSH03-11生长及产角质酶的影响;并考察了苹果角质对角质酶诱导效果,分析了该菌产角质酶的机理。
The results indicate that test weight is negatively correlated to contents of starch compositions,and positively correlated,at significant level,to vitreous rate,trough viscosity,final viscosity,set back,peak time,and pasting temperature.
结果表明:容重与各淀粉组分含量呈负相关,与角质率、低谷粘度、最终粘度、回冷值、峰值时间、糊化温度呈极显著正相关;角质率与醇溶蛋白、谷蛋白、总蛋白含量及峰值时间和糊化温度呈极显著正相关,与膨胀势、峰值粘度和稀懈值呈显著负相关;直链淀粉含量与稀懈值负相关,与膨胀势、峰值粘度、低谷粘度、最终粘度、回冷值、峰值时间和糊化温度均表现一定的正相关;支链淀粉含量、总淀粉含量以及支/直比与糊化温度正相关,与其它粘度指标负相关;峰值粘度与低谷粘度、稀懈值、最终粘度和回冷值的相关程度较高,是衡量淀粉糊化特性的最重要指标;醇溶蛋白与总蛋白和粘度性状间的关系更密切,醇溶蛋白含量的变化对于总蛋白含量变化及淀粉特性的影响最大。
In this paper, methods such as Rock-Eval, Py-Gc and experimental simulation via an open-system were used to study the hydrocarbon potential, hydrocarbon composition and hydrocarbon-generation model of cutinite from barkinite-rich coals in the Shuicheng area, Guizhou Province, Southwest China.
本文在严格的煤岩显微组分分离富集的基础上,采用岩石热解、热解气相色谱以及开放体系下热模拟等方法,系统地对贵州水城上二叠统龙潭组(P_3l)煤中角质体的生烃潜力、热解烃组成特征、生烃模式进行了研究。
