The liquid flow rate of air-lifting pump, designed for aqueous phase feeding,organic phase feeding and aqueous phase dischar- ging,increases linearly with air flow rate within experimental range,and the submerged ratio of the air-lifting pump for aqueous phase discharging is linear with the holdup of the pulse.
实验结果表明:设计的水相进料气提泵、有机相进料气提泵和水相出料气提泵的液体流量和气体流量均满足线性操作;特别是脉冲萃取柱分散相存留分数与水相吹口气提泵的浸没度之间也呈线性关系,并结合吹气法在线测量技术,可实现对脉冲萃取柱稳定操作进行有效控制。
