碳酸氢钠浸提有机磷的消煮过程是否有磷的挥发和转化 ,确定是否有必要在消煮前添加饱和MgCl2 溶液和消煮后水解 ,试验测定了焦磷酸与偏磷酸、已知浸提有机磷化合物 (核酸与苯磷酸钠 )、两种浸提液 (土壤与秸秆 )及含葡萄糖的磷酸二氢钾溶液消煮和水解后的无机磷量。
