To explore the method of detecting Acesulfame-K, Aspartame, Saccharin sodium, Benzoic acid and Sorbic acid simultaneously in beverages with multi-wavelength by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
[目的] 探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)多波长同时检测食品饮料中的乙酰磺胺酸钾、天门冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯、糖精钠、苯甲酸和山梨酸的方法。
Objective:To develop a validated,highly sensitive and selective high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method for the quantitative determination of sulfasalazine(SASP) and its metabolites sulfapyridine(SP) and N-acetylsulfapyridine(AcSP) in human plasma.
目的:建立人血浆中柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)及其代谢物磺胺吡啶(SP)、乙酰磺胺吡啶(AcSP)浓度的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。
