This paper is based on the Theory on nucleophilic and electrophilic and the Forth Statistics,determined the abundances of the 11 biopolymer active centers elements(Sr,Mn,Mo,Zn,V,Cr,Fe,Co,Cu,Ni,and Ti ) in tea by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spect rometry(ICP).
本论文以元素亲电亲核强度标度理论和第四统计力学为理论基础,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定了茶叶中Sr、Mn、Mo、Zn、V、Cr、Fe、Co、Cu、Ni、和Ti这11种生物高分子活性中心元素的含量,研究了茶叶生物高分子活性中心元素群(Sr、Mn、Mo、Zn、V、Cr、Fe、Co、Cu、Ni、和Ti)的分布及其营养价值。
