This paper categorizes the evaluation of human capita value as “prior evaluation” and “post evaluation” with the human capital owner providing labor and forming ultimate production as the boundary.
本模型将人力资本按“职务”与“贡献”两个维度分为四种类型,对于低职务低贡献的人力资本,其定价以事前评价为主,而高职务高贡献人力资本,其定价以事后评价为主,高职务低贡献以及低职务高贡献人力资本的评价则应结合事前定价与事后定价。
