Through analyzing the principle of CNC parametric curve path interpolating and the feedrate control,it is pointed that the Taylor series method and "Parameter-Arc-length" curve fitting method are not suitable for CNC real-time interpolation.
通过分析数控加工中参数曲线的实时插补原理和进给速度控制原理,指出了Taylor展开算法和"参数-弧长"分段拟合算法用于参数曲线的实时插补具有理论上的局限性,并对CNC实时插补进给速度控制问题给出了本质描述,提出了基于牛顿迭代法的解决方案,给出了算法流程。
