文章从研究数量及研究方法、研究内容及侧重点对中外员工参与研究进行了分析和比较,在研究数量和方法上,国外对员工参与的研究相对较早且多采用定量与定性相结合的方法,而国内多采用定性研究方法;在研究内容及侧重点上,重点从员工参与形式、参与水平的测量两方面进行了分析比较。
The results of regression analysis showed that,strategy training,employee participation,performance management,and compensation management had significantly positive effectiveness on different dimensions of organizational learning.
